DESCRIPTION:Hosted and Funded by the CAPE Public Health Collaborative \nJoin us for the final in the three-part speaker series exploring how Cape Cod’s local food system connects with public health\, sustainability\, and community wellbeing. We are bringing together farmers\, fishermen\, food access advocates\, food pantry staff\, town employees\, and public health partners. \nFor this final session on May 12\, 2026 from 1pm – 2pm\, it will be focusing on Food Distribution and Pantries across Barnstable County.
