DESCRIPTION:The Fundable Project: Turning Good Ideas into\nFundable Programs for Farms and Nonprofits \n1. Workshop Overview\nFarms\, nonprofits\, and other community organizations are doing important\nwork\, but do not have access to the research\, evaluation\, and grant\ndevelopment expertise that larger organizations rely on to build strong\,\nfundable programs.\nThis hands-on workshop introduces the Fundable Project Framework\, a\npractical approach to turning program ideas into clear\, fundable projects.\nAttendees will learn how to define a strong project concept\, identify\ncommunity needs\, outline activities and partnerships\, and develop\nmeaningful outcomes that funders look for in successful grant proposals.\nThroughout the session\, attendees will work through a guided planning\nexercise and begin building a fundable project in real time using practical\nworksheets and tools. By the end of the workshop\, attendees will leave with a\nclearer project concept and a framework they can use to strengthen future\ngrant applications. \n2.
